The ASM Hockey Group is seeking a Hockey Equipment Intern to support the West Chester Wolves. This role provides hands-on experience working directly with team staff and players in managing, maintaining, and organizing hockey equipment for a hockey organization.
Interns will assist with daily locker room operations, game-day preparation, and equipment management, gaining behind-the-scenes experience in the operational side of a competitive team environment.
Location:
West Chester, PA – West Chester Wolves (PNY Sports Arena)
Semesters Available:
Fall Semester (September – December)
Spring Semester: (January – April)
Summer Semester: (May - August)
Full Hockey Season: (September - April)
Key Responsibilities
Assist with locker room setup and breakdown for practices and games
Organize and maintain team equipment, uniforms, and supplies
Support game-day operations, including bench and locker room prep
Assist with laundry, drying, and organization of player gear
Help track and manage inventory, repairs, and replacements
Ensure locker room and equipment areas remain clean, organized, and professional
Assist coaches and staff with day-to-day team needs and logistics

Enrolled in a college or university
Ability to work evenings and weekends for practices and games
Reliable transportation to PNY Sports Arena
Status and Rate of Pay:
Your status will be part-time as an intern or volunteer, with no employee benefits. This is an unpaid position. You will receive academic credit through your current university or institution for this work-based learning experience in collaboration with ASM Hockey Group and your school. If you are not eligible to receive academic credit, or if your university does not grant credit for internships, this opportunity will automatically be classified as a volunteer position. If you have any questions about your eligibility for academic credit, please consult your university advisor, internship coordinator, or course professor.
