ASM Hockey Group – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of ASM Hockey Group websites, digital platforms, events, training programs, showcases, and services (“Services”). By accessing or participating in ASM services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

ASM Hockey Group programs and services are open to players, parents, coaches, and participants who meet the applicable age, skill, and registration requirements. Minors must have a parent or legal guardian’s consent.

2. Registration & Payment

  • Registration is not complete until payment is received.

  • All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated or required by law.

  • Certain programs may have separate cancellation or refund policies.

  • Failure to complete required forms may result in denial of participation.

3. Assumption of Risk

Participation in hockey and related activities involves inherent risks, including injury. By registering, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

​

ASM Hockey Group is not liable for injuries, lost property, or damages except where prohibited by law.

​

4. Code of Conduct

Participants agree to:

  • Behave respectfully toward teammates, coaches, staff, and officials

  • Follow facility rules, league rules, and ASM guidelines

  • Avoid abusive, violent, threatening, or inappropriate behavior

  • Use ASM property and facilities responsibly

ASM reserves the right to remove participants for violating the code of conduct without refund.

​

5. Media Release & Content Ownership

By participating in ASM programming, you grant ASM Hockey Group full rights to:

  • Capture, use, reproduce, and publish photos, video, and audio recordings

  • Use your likeness for marketing, promotional, and operational purposes

  • Use content in print, digital, website, and social media formats

 

ASM retains ownership of all media it produces.

6. Intellectual Property

All logos, graphics, text, videos, and materials associated with ASM Hockey Group are protected by copyright and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.

7. Website Use

Users agree not to:

  • Misuse the website or attempt unauthorized access

  • Upload harmful code or engage in activities that disrupt operations

  • Use ASM materials for commercial purposes without permission

​

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ASM Hockey Group is not liable for:

  • Injuries, accidents, or damages arising from participation

  • Website outages or technical issues

  • Loss of personal items

  • Acts of third parties

​

9. Refunds & Cancellations

Unless otherwise stated:

  • All payments are final

  • ASM may issue credits or refunds only in exceptional circumstances

  • Weather-related cancellations may result in rescheduled sessions, not refunds

​

10. Termination

ASM Hockey Group may suspend or terminate access to programs or services at any time for violations of these Terms.

​

11. Changes to Terms

ASM reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted with a revised “Effective Date.”
