The ASM Hockey Group is seeking a Graphic Design Intern to work with the West Chester Wolves, creating high-impact visuals for a hockey organization.


Interns will design social media graphics, game-day content, marketing materials, and branding assets used in real-time throughout the season.


This role is ideal for students looking to build a portfolio in sports design and digital branding.


Location:


Semesters Available:

  • Fall Semester (September – December)

  • Spring Semester: (January – April)

  • Summer Semester: (May - August)

  • Full Hockey Season: (September - April)


Key Responsibilities

  • Design digital content for social media, marketing campaigns, and game-day presentations

  • Work within existing templates and branding guidelines to maintain a consistent visual identity

  • Organize, catalog, and edit game action photos and event imagery

  • Retouch, manipulate, and optimize images for digital and print use

  • Assist with creative projects for team initiatives, sponsorship activations, and events

  • Support the Media Department in maintaining organized design files and content libraries

Skills & Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.) — training available

  • Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills

  • Ability to meet deadlines and follow established design standards

  • Interest in sports, branding, or live event content is a plus

  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn


Minimum Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university (Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred)

  • Ability to work evenings and weekends for games and events

  • Reliable transportation to PNY Sports Arena and off-site events


Status and Rate of Pay:

Your status will be part-time as an intern or volunteer, with no employee benefits. This is an unpaid position. You will receive academic credit through your current university or institution for this work-based learning experience in collaboration with ASM Hockey Group and your school. If you are not eligible to receive academic credit, or if your university does not grant credit for internships, this opportunity will automatically be classified as a volunteer position. If you have any questions about your eligibility for academic credit, please consult your university advisor, internship coordinator, or course professor.
